Her most defining trait is probably her long temper and Katara's training method with her. She's incredibly slow to anger, but when she does it usually explodes for a short while until she's calmed down and forgotten what she was angry about. Because she's on the forgetful side she can only remember a handful of moves at any given time. This means she doesn't see a great deal of battle but she sees enough to help the others train.
