Does anyone else here get the feeling that we've DONE all this before? [A skeptical frown. She's excited that her bending is back, of course, but... :< THIS IS WEIRD AND UNSETTLING.] I think I've had dreams like this before. It's just weird, and I'd rather leave the weird dreams to Sokka and Aang.

[WELL ANYWAY. She gets up from her seat on the beach and hands the feed to her Meowth, Nikta.]

Well, weird or not, it looks like everyone got their bending and other powers back, and I think that's worth celebrating.

[Finally she cracks a grin.]

If anyone needs me I'll be hitting the waves for some fun and training.

[For anyone happening by Violet City they'll be treated to an odd sight. Katara is there on the beach battling... against her own Pokemon... on/in the water.

More specifically, Kishi the Lapras and Kaya the Vaporeon are attacking while Katara defends and counters in various fashions. It's just like the video said, harmless training. None of them will actually hurt the other. Katara alternates between using ice platforms and fighting from the shore. If her fighting style seems even a little more aggressive than before it's because of the additional hand-to-hand training she's gotten since coming here.

[Okay, after that really terrible scuffle between his armor and his Pokemon, Jaime decided to head back to the city to recover because. Good lord. Anyway, while on his way back, he couldn't help but notice someone....battling some Pokemon? Without using Pokemon? What? Though, that couldn't be too farfetched as he just sort of did the same thing, only with 99% more fail.

He walks up to get a closer look and, yeah. He's not seeing things, apparently.]

Dude. Are you controlling the water?

[Maye he should have thought twice before randomly saying something. Hopefully he didn't throw her off.]

[WTF MATE?! it is.

Almost. ALMOST Jaime, but Katara's got better training than that. She just so manages to block the water gun attack directed at her from the Lapras to her left, and the arrival of the spectator seems reason enough to put the sparring on temporary hold.]

Yeah! It's called waterbending! [She calls back towards the shore, which she propels herself back towards on her ice platform.]

[He'd have felt bad if he did throw her off, but thankfully, he didn't. However, that piques his curiosity more, so he keeps talking.]

[No. Wait. Instead, he'll just wait until she's done.]

[Yeah, he'll just watch instead because wow, that's pretty cool.]

At the moment, Kuruk was just sitting upon the beach with a little Piplup settled up on his shoulder watching with him. Kuruk didn't know where he was or what the little creature was that was with him. But what he does know is that he is looking at someone waterbend right now against these strange creatures.]

[She is going to freak when she finds out who you are. For now she's going to focus on finishing up her match. That means cutting it a little short, because it seems rude to just ignore this person who just arrived (and he looks like he should be extremely familiar.

So all three will just come casually surfing back in to shore after a few moments. She comes to a stop and approaches the stranger, with Kishi following right along.]

[Freaking is a legit reaction to have. He's kind of expecting that to happen when he tells her who he is, since she isn't able to tell just from seeing him.]

I am. The Northern Water Tribe to be exact.

[Steve saw the video and decided to just go see Katara in action, curious about these bending powers he's heard about a couple times now. When he gets there, he's impressed. It reminds him of Thor and his lightning, but she seems to have a level of control Thor lacks. And Steve doesn't see her fighting her Pokemon as weird, it was a normal thing when traveling with Thor or himself.

When she has a moment of down time he claps]

Very impressive. So that's bending?

[Oh hey Steve! She knew someone had arrived and was watching, but the clapping still takes her by surprise. Looking over from where she's juuuust finished winding down there is a brief flicker of modesty across her face along with a greeting smile.]

[Steve gives her a smile in greeting back, his Espeon, Amber, chirping happily at her]

I've been told a little about bending, but it was a bit hard to wrap my brain around without seeing it. Having fun taking on your Pokemon on equal ground? [he had fun sparing with his Lucario, Grace, like it was nothing, and Grace thought it was the greatest]

Blowing on it freezes it over solid enough to stand on.] I can make my own snow, ice, or fog? [and bend sweat and blood and tears but shhh shhh]

Clearly, you're a miracle of science. Any lab would kill to have you, provided they mainly needed work done on distilled water.

We get these crazy weekends twice a year, I know you've been here for at least one of them. Even if you don't remember what happened, it can't be that normal for you to wake up missing three days.

An Aipom and Swablu seem to have taken a liking to him, however, with the Swablu hovering nearby while the Aipom clings to his shoulder like another friend of a similar species. But he sees Katara fighting by the water and hurries over urgently. Are those creatures enemies?!]
